Mike started his law enforcement experience serving in the Williams Police Department. During his nearly six years there his training included hand to hand combat, gang activity
as well as lead firearms instructor.
Mike has served as the lead firearms instructor for NCIT as well as an assistant instructor for firearms related materials. He has assisted in training presentations in the United
States from coast to coast. His perspective on the “nuts and bolts” needs of the patrol officer provide a unique contribution to the NCIT team of which he has become a vital contributing member.
Mike has numerous certrifications to teach weapons safety, shooting techniques and is qualified as a firearms instructor meeting state and federal standards.
