Tom has been employed as a froensic scientist since 1985,and involved with general crime investigations as well as homicide scene investigations since that time. He has developed his skills in major crime
investigation and in the management of inter-jurisdictional cases involving multiple crime scenes in the 25 years of his service to date. He continues to work and manage crime investigations providing forensic
services to police agencies.
He has been an instructor in crime scene investigation for over 15 years and has been with NCIT for five years. His contributions to “cathcing the bad guys” have made him a valuable resource to the law
enforcement agencies he continues to serve as a public servant and a trainer for NCIT!
