Kurtis started his law enforcement experience serving in the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department crime lab. Since leaving Alameda County he has continued to serve the forensic and invstigative needs of law
enforcement agencies within California as a public servant and throughout the United States as an instructor with NCIT.
Kurtis has served repeatedly as a vital member in the training of law enforcement agencies seeking to establish a multi-disciplinary approach to crime investigation. He is always searching for innovative
methods of scene investigations as well as scene reconstruction. He brings his enthusiasm for investigation as well as his experience in major scene response to NCIT where he has been an instructor for
over 5 years.
